They needed to upgrade their cybersecurity which was an essential part of the industry to protect against cyber-attacks which became more complicated and aggressive every day. While conventional tools such as data loggers are restricted when handling big data, leading users unable to conduct data forensics right away causing a delay in Big Data analysis and failure to solve problems promptly.
